Mirror, mirror...................

There are so many benefits of adding a mirror to a room.  Mirrors create an illusion of space, increases  natural and artificial light, gives dimension, can replace artwork and adds glamour, interest and sophistication.  They work in every room and most interior designers agree that a mirror completes the look of a space.

If you are thinking about adding a mirror, make it a large, bold statement piece.  I am particularly fond of mirrors looking aged and worn with a bit of history.  If you can't find one that has been aged naturally, you can get it aged or do it yourself, as there are plenty of tutorials online.
