SJP and Matthew Broderick's brownstone townhouse in Greenwich Village, NYC is on the market.  The townhouse at 20 East 10th Street is listed for $22 million and boasts seven fireplaces, five bedrooms, two walk in closets, seven bathrooms and a full floor master suite with terrace and landscaped garden.  

This, however, is not the home we all viewed (and loved) for Vogue's The Scene, 73 Questions interview.   That home is apparently on Charles Street, Greenwich.  The brownstone home that is currently listed for sale has never actually been lived in by SJP and her family, only renovated by them. Lucky girl, owning two brownstones in NYC.
