McDreamy's House.............

I'm always so happy to a get a new copy of Architectural Digest and I couldn't wait to share it's story on Patrick Dempsey's California home with you.

This is one of Frank Gehry's first designs as an architect.  Built in the 60's just when Gehry was beginning his career.  Over a half of century later, Gehry would have won nearly every honor his profession has to give.

It is now the tasteful and warm family home to Patrick and clan - including their animals - two miniature donkeys, rabbits, goats, pigs, an African tortoise, chickens and three dogs.  The facade is made of tin - hence the name "Tin House," but the interior is 'warm and artfully decorated.'   I love all the outdoor space, complete with organic garden.
