I can’t help comparing
Frank Gehry’s architecture to that of Antoni Gaudi's. Gaudi was a highly talented, innovative architect that
looked to nature for inspiration.
He believed that everything structural had already been created in nature
and his building designs were nature based organic style.
Frank Gehry is described as “inventive and irreverent” for his use of
unorthodox materials in his contemporary architecture which enables him to
create unexpected twisted forms that is described as “liquid style” and/or “organic
style.”
I am a big fan of both Gaudi and Gehry, having seen many of their individual structures. One item that sets them apart, however, is that Gehry also designs jewelry for Tiffany's.......
