The Coral Charm Peony....................

I love, love, love peonies.  They are absolutely my favourite flower and lucky for me it is now peony season and I am able to buy them every week - however, the season is a short one.

If you have not experienced the sheer beauty and the phenomenon of the Coral Charm Peony, I have taken pictures of them in all their amazing stages.  They start out a vibrant coral and eventually fade to a parchment colour and all the pink/cream tones in-between.  To watch them transform is a joy and a luxury.

When I find a great product at a great price, I want to tell everyone about it - so I'm telling all of you.

Lately, I have been feeling that the price of sunglasses is out of control.   I recently tried on a pair that was over $700.  When you add in my prescription, yes getting older is not fun, and my new 'sunnies' cost somewhere close to $1,000.   Enter Le Specs, the great product at a great price.  I investigated these fashionable, well-made, thick-framed glasses and it was love at first sight.  Best of all, my new, fabulous pair only cost me $50!  And if Net-a-Porter carries them, you know they are cool!

Endless days of Summer......................

Sydney has the absolute best Summer, probably because we have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.  I was lucky enough to be at one today and have my first swim in the ocean this season - although it is not officially Summer - it was a glorious, hot beach day.  Now we are getting ready to light up the bbq and have a lovely casual dinner outside in the garden.
