Burberry...................

Burberry has certainly scored a major coup with signing two of the biggest names in fashion for their latest fragrance campaign.  Cara Delevingne is the biggest name in modelling today and embodies the social media generation.  Kate Moss has had amazing endurance as a model and universal popularity for the most part because of her chameleon abilities.  And if having these two supermodels isn't enough to guarantee a huge success for the Burberry campaign, Mario Testino is the genius behind the lens.

Sydney home of fashion designer Collette Dinnigan.............

Collette Dinnigan's home has been featured in the pages of Vogue Living and Belle magazines previously, but I never tire of seeing it.  It is a beautiful home in a sandstone building in the heart of Paddington (fashion district) of Sydney, where Collette once had her famous retail shop as well.  Collette has since retired from the fashion world, but her gorgeous creations, many with handstitched beading and couture detailing, will live on as I am the proud owner of one.

Trending copper.......................

Copper leads the pack as the top choice for stylish interiors.  Whether it is beaten, aged or shiny, copper fits the theme of "rough luxe" that dominates interiors this year.  It is a perfect way to add some warmth in winter or just give a modern edge that will look good year round.  Copper is popular as an accessory or with fixtures and fittings especially in the kitchen and bath.

Also, Feng Shui experts say that the presence of a metal element in your home or office decor helps to eliminate distractions and creates the energy of calm and clarity.  Metal elements also brings the qualities of sharpness, precision and efficiency, its balanced presence will help you live with clarity and lightness.

Barbie's new look..............

Karl Lagerfeld has been immortalized in his very own Barbie doll lookalike - and no pink anywhere to be seen.  With her platinum hair, skinny black suit, tie and black aviators, she is one cool fashionista - I love it!  However, this Barbie was made in strict limited numbers (less than 1,000 worldwide) and  can only be purchased on Net-a-Porter, Collette and BarbieCollector.com.  Good luck........
